Our Services
Supervised handovers

Bendora Support Services provides supervised handover services to separated parents and their children when they are not required to have supervised visitation sessions. Our experienced and neutral supervisor ensures a safe and appropriate location for the handover, allowing the child/ren to spend time with a parent they do not live with. Bendora Support Services can also facilitate supervised handovers when handing the children back to the residential parent. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information about our services.
Supervised visitation sessions & Transport services

Bendora Support Services offers supervised visitation sessions to non-residential parents and their children. Our sessions can accommodate up to 3 children and typically last between 1 to 3 hours depending on the unique needs of each family. We facilitate these sessions in an appropriate community setting that is mutually agreed upon by all parties prior to the session taking place. *please note that there is no specific visitation centre- visits occur in appropriate public locations such as shopping centres, play centres, parks, libraries etc*
An additional fee of $40 per session also applies for transportation services (if required) - this fee includes transport for up to 3 children and up to 50 km of travel - additional km that exceed 50 kms are charged at $1 per km
Report and letter writing

Bendora Support Services records comprehensive observational notes following every handover or visitation session. In the event that reports are required based on these notes, they can be obtained for an additional fee and may be utilised by either party during court proceedings. We also offer the provision of letters to courts/lawyers, affidavits, and court subpoenas upon request and for an additional fee. It is important to note that our staff are all subject to mandatory reporting requirements as necessary.
Intake process

At Bendora Support Services, we place great emphasis on the intake process to ensure the highest quality of care for your children. Our intake process involves the completion of an intake form by both parents, followed by phone interviews to gather essential information. Furthermore, we arrange a meet and greet session with the relevant children and the residential parent to acquaint them with their supervisor before the commencement of services. Please visit the 'Contact Us' section to download the relevant forms and begin the process.
